Dear Client,

As the festive season approaches we would like to update you with Kilimanjaro’s Christmas Holiday opening hours and let you in on some of the joys that we are looking forward to in the New Year.

Holiday Period Opening Hours and Support

Kilimanjaro will be holding its annual Christmas party on Tuesday 22nd December from 2pm, the office will be closed for the afternoon but emergency calls shall still be responded to.

Our offices will be Closed: From COB on Wednesday 23rd December 2009 through the Christmas and New Year Period and re-opening again on the morning of Monday 4th January 2010.

Throughout this period support emails will continue to be monitored (support@k-c.com.au). Should you experience any issues that need critical attention then a member of the support team will be on call for assistance. This “After Hours” support can be accessed on our emergency support number 1 300 857 464 and will incur a fee in line with your current support plan option.

If you have scheduled any system maintenance with your IT Department during this time and require our assistance, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make any necessary arrangements within our team.

A Cracking Offer For All Our Clients

We realise that we are a month early, but the team here at Kilimanjaro wanted to extend some of the festive cheer that is already filtering into the office.

For one month only (and this is the serious part), starting today 25 November through to 21 December (whilst stocks last) additional licenses can be purchased at a reduced price of 20% off RRP.

What is more, for clients on support plan one Kilimanjaro would like to extend an extra 5% making a very merry discount of 25% off RRP.

New Services

Being in the ‘innovative’ business of Technology, Kilimanjaro realises the need for continuous development. In 2010 Kilimanjaro shall be growing further with an emphasis on bringing in resources that create evident value to you, our clients. We shall be expanding and welcoming more specialists across a number of business areas. Of precedence are further support specialists to radically reduce the support issue response time. Additionally Kilimanjaro shall extend the team with more senior consultants and high level accountants. This expansion shall be a continuous process over 2010 but we hope that you will be realising the benefits very early on in the year.

New Products

Dealers on Line (DOL)

Already receiving great interest, 2010 will see the introduction of the newest version of our web-based ordering system; Dealers on Line (DOL). DOL enables your agents, dealers or sales reps to check stock levels in real time, see incoming or available stock information, place sales orders, and track orders. The orders appear instantly within MYOB EXO, and can be dispatched by the warehouse within minutes of being placed. Orders that used to come in via fax, e-mail or phone will now be placed via the Web, and flow directly into your MYOB EXO system. 

Paperless Warehousing and Client Connect
