End of Period Procedure

Dear EXO Client.

Today is the last day of the financial year for many of our EXO clients, and over the next few days or weeks, you will no doubt be closing off your accounts.

In the past, our support desk has been inundated with enquiries about closing off and reconcilling the financial year end.

To assist you with this, we have created a detailed Period-End Checklist and Procedure document.  If June 30th is not the end of your financial year, the document wil still be useful to you as it can be used for any period end.

This document is too large to e-mail, so we are providing you with two alternatives:

This checklist is based on the Generic Motopartz database. Your database may be configured differently, so please use it as a guide only.
