As the clocks move forward and you manage to see at least some daylight when leaving the office there is a sense here at Kilimanjaro that summer could be just around the corner! However after this week’s onslaught of terrible weather we have been forced to put away our sun hats for the time being.
Never mind, there are other things to look forward to…

Later on this month Kilimanjaro is offering two of its Clarity report-writing courses
• Clarity for Beginners
Thursday 22nd October 9.00am – 1.00pm
• Intermediate Clarity
Friday 23rd October 9.00am – 4.00pm
We intend running an Advanced Clarity Course for those clients who have already attended the intermediate course. At this stage we do not have sufficient numbers to justify the course, so if you are interested please let me know. As soon as I have about 6 people interested, I will schedule a course.

Warehouse Management
We are thrilled to introduce a new integrated Warehouse Management System for MYOB EXO.
Paperless Warehousing (PW) have developed a lower cost “INTRO” version of their world renowned MR2 Warehouse Management System. Kilimanjaro’s expert implementers in conjunction with PW are now able to present a fully EXO integrated real-time Warehouse Management Solution. INTRO uses portable radio frequency scanning devices to perform tasks in real time and barcode scanning is used, where practical, to input information via the RF device.

CRM Solutions
MYOB’s upcoming release of MYOB ClientConnect brings added cheer to the Kilimanjaro office in the form of an additional CRM solution. This expansion to their current range of business management solutions will be (in the words of MYOB):
“A new cost-effective customer relationship management (CRM) system designed to help Australia’s small and medium sized business owners generate leads, improve sales and work more closely with existing clients.”
ClientConnect, which fully integrates with EXO, will be available in November following the release of the new version of EXO (7,2). For more information please take a look at the MYOB website.

Coming soon is a new version of our web-based ordering system Dealers on Line (DOL). The orders appear instantly within MYOB EXO, and can be dispatched by the warehouse within minutes of being placed. Orders that used to come in via fax, e-mail or phone will now be placed via the Web, and flow directly into your MYOB EXO system. All your customers require is access to the internet.

MYOB EXO Version 7.2
And last (but by no means least) MYOB has indicated that the next release version of EXO, Version 7.2, will be available towards the end of this month. Once Kilimanjaro has evaluated and tested this version, we will let you know.
